Digital Services & Readings Due to the nature of spiritual services, including energy healing sessions, mentorship programs, and readings, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds once a session has been booked and completed. Energy work and intuitive guidance are unique and personal experiences, and while I ensure integrity and dedication in my offerings, results may vary based on individual openness and receptivity. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, and I will accommodate your request based on availability. 2. Courses, Workshops, & Digital Products All digital products, courses, and workshops are non-refundable once purchased and accessed. If you encounter any technical issues, please reach out to support@goldenrayascension.com and I will assist you in resolving them. 3. Memberships & Online Program If you are enrolled in a mentorship program, you are automatically enrolled into the Spiritual Mentorship Group and my online program. You may access and utilize these platforms indefinitely. 4. Exceptional Circumstances Refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or technical errors.
